COMPETITIVE PATHWAY

Dolphins

Dolphins is the next stage of GSC's competitive pathway, for swimmers ready to build on the skills, fitness and race experience developed through Stingrays.

Training becomes increasingly performance-focused as swimmers work towards higher competition standards and continue developing across a range of strokes, events and distances.

DEVELOPING AS A SWIMMER

Training to perform

Dolphins swimmers are encouraged to take greater ownership of their swimming, bringing consistency and purpose to both training and competition.

Alongside continued technical development, swimmers build the fitness, race skills and training habits needed to perform at a higher level.

COMPETITION

Stepping up the competition

Competition is an important part of the Dolphins programme, with swimmers gaining experience at increasingly challenging meets and working towards higher qualification standards.

The focus remains on individual progression — improving performances, developing race experience and learning how to perform consistently in a competitive environment.

TRAINING
